    Dear Valued Customers,

    The email upgrade is taking a bit longer than expected.

    However, we are adding new features such as load balancing to new mail servers that will add better reliability and performance going forward.

    Again, we sorry for delay but we hope to have all mail services up soon.

  • Revion.com – Email outage 01/28/10

    We are in the process of upgrading our current Mail servers to SmarterMail 6.x. For 2 hours, customers will experience intermittent access to Revion hosted email between the hours of 8pm – 10pm EST. This also includes our web based email site, http://mail.revion.com/Login.aspx. We apologize for this inconvenience. Once email service is fully restored, we will send an After Incident Resolution email explaining the email service outage.

  • Revion.com New Control Panel

    Dear Valued Customers,

    This email is to inform you that we are currently in the process of migrating all user accounts to our new control panel, Hosting Controller 8.

    We plan to start moving over our users to the control panel early next week. We will contact you individually via email to let you know we have migrated your account to the new control panel.

    There will be no downtime and we will migrate all your web data for you.

    All we require you to do is re-enter your billing information into the new control panel.

    ** We will give you complete step by step instructions on how to complete this step in a separate email**

    Please note that all old trouble tickets will not be able to transfer to the HC8. If you would like to have a copy of the old ticket, please refer to your old email as there is an email copy of each ticket response in your mailbox.
