The upgrade will commence on Sunday 3/25/07 at 10pm est.  The estimated downtime will be 20 mins.

Please be advised that we will moving our servers and equipment to a new location within our datacenter on April 27th. In the past few months, we have upgraded our infrastructure significantly and our current datacenter racks are nearly fully occupied. Since we plan to continure to add more machines in the near future, we felt it was best if move to new location within the datacenter which would allow us better flexibility and scalability then our current setup.

We have hired experienced project managers and techs to help assist us and help minimize the amount of downtime we will experience. Estimated downtime will be 4 hours.

Our DBA team will be upgrading our database servers Friday March 9th at 10p.m. EST.
The patchset addresses many stability, reliability, security issues as well as time changes (DST). The database will be upgraded to version 10.2.0.3 (currently 10.2.0.1.0).
There will be approximately 30min downtime.
